How to Order

Browse the items you are interested in purchasing to find out further details and to find the full cost including delivery to your country.

If you decide to purchase, add the item to your shopping basket.

Check that the items listed are as you expect. You may adjust the quantities of the items, remove items and continue shopping. Select the 'recalculate' button if you make changes.

When you are ready, go to the checkout. Full details of your order will be displayed.

You will be asked to enter your contact details when you go to the checkout. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron and Switch, which will be handled by the secure PayPal service.

Follow the payment instructions. You will receive an acknowledgement message and an email confirmation once your order has been processed successfully. If the order fails, either try again or contact Maravilha directly.

Displayed prices

The price of each item is displayed. Prices are given for delivery inside the UK and include relevant UK taxes.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and your credit or debit card will be charged in this currency.

Delivery

We use standard second-class postage within the UK. Your goods should arrive within a few days. If you have any special delivery instructions, please indicate this in the message area when you order.

We guarantee delivery within 28 days unless otherwise stated. We will contact you to confirm you wish to proceed if delivery will take longer than 28 days. Please contact us giving your order reference if your order is more urgent than this. If we have to arrange a special delivery, this may affect the cost. We will contact you before proceeding.

Maravilha is not VAT registered. Books are zero rated for VAT purposes in any case.

Guarantee

Maravilha guarantees to replace any goods damaged in transit, but shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it in the same condition you received it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The cost of return Postage & Packing is the responsibility of the customer. Please obtain a proof of postage if returning goods.

Privacy Policy

If you place an order, you have given us your email, telephone and address contact details. This will enable us to process your order.

Your credit card details are not available to us. They are used by the PayPal system for processing your payment. Please see the PayPal privacy policy available via http://www.paypal.co.uk/

If you have asked for goods to be sent to an address other than that of the card holder, we may contact the card holder to confirm the order for your own security.

Your contact and order details will be printed and stored as paper copies.

We will not distribute your contact details to any other organisation.

Security

Payment processing is provided by PayPal. You can find out more by following the links you will find on the payment page.

When you enter sensitive information a secure connection is made to the payment processors server and your details are stored there. When you order items from us, we receive an e-mail informing us of your order and payment.

We will send a copy of the order we have received to you with your goods. Our copy is filed for the purpose of our accounts.

If you have asked for goods to be sent to an address other than that of the card holder, we may contact the card holder to confirm the order for your own security.

Complaints

Please direct any complaints to info@maravilha.co.uk (or use the contact details given above). We aim to respond to all complaints within five working days.
